How will GST affect you ?
|
If you provide goods or services to your customers, you will soon become a GST Taxpayer.
You will have to register with the Tax Office. You will then be entitled to claim GST credits on your business inputs, and you will have to add 10% GST to just about everything you sell and the services you provide.
This affects all business, including self-employed people and contractors, such as carpenters, brickies, plumbers, mechanics, hairdressers etc.
